# Klar

#### This Document will guide you through the setup of **Klar**

This guide is divided into easy-to-follow sections to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

### Getting Started

Windows Defender will flag or delete the loader, so fully disable it **before** downloading anything.

First, turn off real-time protection so Defender doesn't delete DControl while you download it:

1. Search **"Virus & threat protection"** in your Windows search bar
2. Click **Manage settings**
3. Disable **all** settings here — including **Real-time protection**, **Cloud-delivered protection**, **Automatic sample submission**, and **Tamper Protection** (scroll down)

Then permanently disable Defender with **DControl**:

1. Download [DControl](https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1tdso9fRwyVSartgvtIIrRtXarse3qsvi\&export=download\&authuser=0) (extraction password: **sordum**)
2. Extract the `.zip` — use [WinRAR](https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?\&L=0) if needed
3. Right-click **`dControl.exe`** → select **Run as administrator**
4. Click **Disable Windows Defender** — the window turns **red** when Defender is off

<summary>Why DControl?</summary>

The settings you disabled in the first step turn themselves back on when you restart your computer. DControl completely disables Windows Defender so it **stays off** after a restart — without it, you would have to repeat these steps every time you want to use the cheat.

Disable **Exploit Protection**

1. Search "Exploit Protection" in your Windows search bar
2. Choose "off by default" for each option

Disable **Reputation-based protection**

1. Search "Reputation-based protection" in your Windows search bar
2. Disable all settings on this page

Disable **Memory Integrity**

1. Search "Core Isolation" in your Windows search bar
2. Disable "Memory integrity"

Once all of the above steps are completed, restart your PC to apply the changes

### Remove Other Anti-cheats

Uninstall the following if installed:

* **FACEIT Anti-Cheat**
* **Vanguard** (Valorant Anti-Cheat)

### Installing Required Files

These files are required for the cheat to operate correctly:

1. **Visual C++ Runtimes** — [download the All-in-One package](https://mega.nz/folder/WlQD0YyZ#raWJkl7EoGkmcpeHbIBLmw), extract it, then right-click **`install_all.bat`** → **Run as administrator**
2. **DirectX** — [download the DirectX End-User Runtime](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) and run **`dxwebsetup.exe`**

### Download Loader

### Injection Process

**Step-by-Step Injection**

1. Run the loader, then sign in or register an account.
2. Select Marvel Rivals from the product selection on the loader.
3. In the bottom right, enter your key and press Activate
4. Press Inject, then start the game once it says to do so

**To reduce the risk of your account and HWID being banned**, it is highly recommended to use an HWID spoofer.

## Having Troubles?

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: Unload VGK.SYS</strong></summary>

Uninstall **Riot Vanguard**.

If you don't want to uninstall, stop the Vanguard process by opening CMD as Administrator and running:

```
sc stop vgk
```

Then load Klar again.

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: Unload BHDRVS.SYS</strong></summary>

Uninstall **Norton** antivirus.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: Unload BEDAISY.SYS</strong></summary>

You are trying to inject while the game is open. Load **Klar before launching the game**.

If that doesn't work, restart your PC and load Klar before running the game.

<details>

<summary><strong>BSOD (Blue Screen)</strong></summary>

Run the following in Command Prompt as Administrator:

```
sfc /scannow
```

Once completed, run:

```
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
```

After that's done, restart your PC.

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: L2</strong></summary>

The **L2** code means something is blocking cheat injection.

* Uninstall **all antiviruses** and disable **Windows Defender**
* Common culprits: Windows Defender, McAfee, AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, FACEIT, Riot Vanguard, and more

**If you're getting `L2 -(1073741637)`:**

1. Open **Settings → Security → Device Security**
2. Turn off **Memory Integrity**
3. Restart your PC
4. Verify Memory Integrity is still off
5. Start the loader again

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: M1 / Debug Error 2</strong></summary>

Common issue on Windows **Home** versions.

* **Temporary fix:** restart the PC before every injection
* **Permanent fix:** reinstall Windows to the **Pro** version

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: Loader stuck on "Requesting Updates"</strong></summary>

1. Open **Network and Sharing Center → Ethernet → Properties** and make sure **IPv6** is selected
2. Redownload the loader and try again
3. If it still doesn't work, redownload the loader and use a **VPN** ([Set Up a VPN](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/set-up-a-vpn.md)) with an IP located near **Germany**

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: BANNED</strong></summary>

Restart your computer and try to log in again.

This error may also occur when you have **special characters** in your username or password. If you continue to get this error and you do have special characters in your password, open a ticket.

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: No popup / Loader crash</strong></summary>

Go to **Windows Settings → Date & Time** and press **Sync now**. Afterwards, re-inject Klar.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Error: IJ1 / IJ5 / IJ8 etc.</strong></summary>

Follow these general steps:

* Uninstall **all antiviruses** — Kaspersky, McAfee, Norton, and any other third-party AV
* Uninstall **Riot Vanguard** and **FACEIT** from your PC
* Uninstall **ReShade**
* Turn off **Secure Boot** — press `Win + R`, type `msinfo32`, check the Secure Boot State. If on, go into BIOS and switch it off.
* Go to **Virus & Threat Protection → Manage Settings** and turn off all real-time / cloud / sample / tamper protection
