### Getting Started

Windows Defender will flag or delete the loader, so fully disable it **before** downloading anything.

First, turn off real-time protection so Defender doesn't delete DControl while you download it:

1. Search **"Virus & threat protection"** in your Windows search bar
2. Click **Manage settings**
3. Disable **all** settings here — including **Real-time protection**, **Cloud-delivered protection**, **Automatic sample submission**, and **Tamper Protection** (scroll down)

Then permanently disable Defender with **DControl**:

1. Download [DControl](https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1tdso9fRwyVSartgvtIIrRtXarse3qsvi\&export=download\&authuser=0) (extraction password: **sordum**)
2. Extract the `.zip` — use [WinRAR](https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?\&L=0) if needed
3. Right-click **`dControl.exe`** → select **Run as administrator**
4. Click **Disable Windows Defender** — the window turns **red** when Defender is off

<details>

<summary>Why DControl?</summary>

The settings you disabled in the first step turn themselves back on when you restart your computer. DControl completely disables Windows Defender so it **stays off** after a restart — without it, you would have to repeat these steps every time you want to use the cheat.

</details>

{% hint style="info" %}
Defender blocking the tool itself, or want more detail? See the full [Set-Up DControl](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/set-up-dcontrol.md) guide.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Remove Other Anti-cheats

Uninstall the following if installed:

* **FACEIT Anti-Cheat**
* **Vanguard** (Valorant Anti-Cheat)

{% hint style="info" %}
**Not sure how to fully uninstall these?** Follow our [Uninstall FACEIT & Vanguard](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/uninstall-faceit-and-vanguard.md) guide for a complete walkthrough, including how to remove leftover files and services.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Installing Required Files

These files are required for the cheat to operate correctly:

1. **Visual C++ Runtimes** — [download the All-in-One package](https://mega.nz/folder/WlQD0YyZ#raWJkl7EoGkmcpeHbIBLmw), extract it, then right-click **`install_all.bat`** → **Run as administrator**
2. **DirectX** — [download the DirectX End-User Runtime](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) and run **`dxwebsetup.exe`**

{% hint style="info" %}
Getting DLL errors anyway? See the full [Install Runtimes](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/install-runtimes.md) and [Install DirectX](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/install-directx.md) guides.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Download Loader

<a href="https://mega.nz/folder/bq5A1aTB#f9AoHwDubWX724NYFX9RIQ" class="button primary" data-icon="desktop-arrow-down">Download Loader</a>

{% hint style="info" %}
**Loader didn't open, or the file disappeared after downloading?** Windows Defender is not fully disabled — go back to the **Getting Started** step.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Step-By-Step Injection

1. Download the loader via the link above.
2. Follow any first-time use instructions that appear when you open the loader.
3. Once the license window opens, enter the key you bought previously, then click **Authorize**.
4. Press Clean — it will restart your PC (do this after a ban).
5. After your PC has restarted, open the loader again and press Spoof. Wait for it to finish.
6. Close the loader menu and launch the game.
   {% endstep %}
   {% endstepper %}

## Having Troubles?

<details>

<summary><strong>Red disk serials after spoofing</strong></summary>

The most common cause is **Intel Rapid Storage Technology (Intel RST)** being enabled, which can interfere with SSZ Spoofer on some systems. Turn off Intel RST in the BIOS.

Step-by-step video walkthrough: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_M_yOwBoCA8>

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Red MAC address</strong></summary>

1. Open the properties of your network adapter and make sure **"QoS Packet Scheduler"** is set to **ON**. Turn it on if it isn't, then try again.
2. If the issue persists, download the latest drivers for your Ethernet adapter **directly from the manufacturer's website** *(do NOT use your motherboard's website)*:
   * **Realtek:** <https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?cate_id=584>
   * **Intel:** <https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15084/intel-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.html>
3. Upgrade your driver and try again.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Red disk AND red MAC address</strong></summary>

Make sure you:

1. Don't have any anti-cheats (FACEIT, Vanguard, etc.)
2. Don't have any antivirus software — **uninstall** them, disabling is not enough
3. Have **Memory Integrity** / **Core Isolation** turned **off** in Windows Security settings
4. Use **Sordum DControl** to disable Windows Defender — download here: <https://reported.lol/dControl.zip>

Once you're done, **delete `spoofer-config.json`**, reboot, and try again.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>FPS issues</strong></summary>

1. Download **LDPlayer** from <https://www.ldplayer.net/>
2. Install and run the application
3. Keep it running in the background while you play — this should resolve the issues you're encountering

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Blue screen (BSOD)</strong></summary>

BSODs are usually caused by a software conflict between the HWID spoofer and your system. Common causes:

* Unsupported Windows version
* Antivirus software still installed — **uninstall** (disabling isn't enough, they can still interfere — Windows Defender is the exception)
* Windows Defender not properly disabled — **always disable it** or you will BSOD
* Any other disk-related tools still installed
* Anti-adware / anti-malware tools like **Hitman Pro** — remove them
* The **Defender Disabler** tool from GitHub can cause conflicts
* **MSI Lightning** software has been reported to cause issues with SSZ Spoofer
* External disks or uncommon USB devices plugged in — unplug them
* Recommended: use **DControl** to disable Defender — [download here](https://reported.lol/dControl.zip)

**If none of these work:**

* Send a BSOD dump to support so they can investigate (manual work, may take some time)
* As a last resort, format your entire system and start with only the spoofer installed. Add other software one by one while spoofing to pinpoint the conflict.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Failed to wipe cache</strong></summary>

1. **You're using 3rd-party software named "Disconnect":** The developers haven't addressed a bug they introduced which breaks this feature in SSZ Spoofer. Find an alternative — this is out of our hands.
2. **You're using an ancient version of Windows that has since been upgraded:** Install a proper (non-upgraded) ISO of Windows so the kernel versions match.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Vulnerable driver already running</strong></summary>

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator (`Win + S` → type `cmd` → right-click → **Run as Administrator**)
2. Stop the service:

   ```
   sc stop NAL
   ```
3. Delete the service completely:

   ```
   sc delete NAL
   ```
4. Restart your system and try again

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: (VBDL) Vulnerable driver failed to load</strong></summary>

Caused by one of the following:

1. **Anti-cheats** (FACEIT, Vanguard, etc.) — uninstall them completely
2. **Antivirus software** — uninstall ALL 3rd-party AV (disabling isn't enough)
3. **Windows Security:** turn off Memory Integrity / Core Isolation
   * Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation Details → turn off **Memory Integrity**
4. **Disable Windows Defender properly** — use Sordum DControl: <https://reported.lol/dControl.zip>
5. **Disable the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist** — apply this registry file: <https://reported.lol/disable_blocklist.reg>
6. **Disable integrity checks** — open CMD as Administrator and run:

   ```
   bcdedit /set nointegritychecks on
   ```
7. **Reboot your PC**

**Bonus step (if all else fails):** enable virtualization in BIOS

* **Intel CPUs:** look for **"VT-x"** or **"VMX"** (Intel Virtualization Technology)
* **AMD CPUs:** look for **"SVM"** or **"AMD-V"** (Secure Virtual Machine)

Once enabled, boot into Windows and disable Core Isolation again.

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Sync your clock against the internet</strong></summary>

Your computer time is out of sync and needs to be manually synced. Follow this tutorial: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTogQj7yz2A>

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Spoofer Error #1 or #2</strong></summary>

Contact support — this needs to be handled by our developers.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Spoofer Error #3</strong></summary>

Occurs after authorization is finished and is typically caused by a connection issue or an inability to retrieve the hardware ID (HWID). This is not a problem on our end.

1. **Restart your devices** — restart your computer and router to refresh your connection
2. [**Use a VPN**](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/set-up-a-vpn.md) — if the issue persists, a VPN may help bypass network-related obstacles
3. **Check for interfering software** — make sure no networking or debugging tools (firewalls, antivirus, VPNs not deliberately enabled) are interfering. Temporarily disable them and test again.
4. **Inspect system integrity** — check for corrupt or missing files affecting network/system functionality:

   ```
   sfc /scannow
   ```
5. **Last resort — reinstall Windows:** <https://reported.lol/reinstalling-windows-11>

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Auth 0x102 (or similar)</strong></summary>

This 0x error indicates a connection issue on your side. It typically happens when the loader is being blocked by your router, firewall, or ISP.

* Check your router and firewall settings to make sure they aren't blocking the connection
* If the issue persists, try using a **VPN** to bypass restrictions imposed by your ISP

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Unknown auth error</strong></summary>

Same as Auth 0x102 — indicates a connection issue on your side, typically caused by your router, firewall, or ISP blocking the loader.

* Check your router and firewall settings
* If the issue persists, try using a **VPN**

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>ERROR: Server error, you may be using an outdated version</strong></summary>

This indicates a network issue on your side. Possible causes:

* A VPN or network-monitoring software interfering with the connection
* A man-in-the-middle attack or data interception
* Your PC, router, or ISP blocking or altering the connection

Something is preventing or tampering with the secure connection. Check your network settings and any software that might impact connectivity — firewalls, proxies, antivirus tools.

</details>

{% hint style="info" %}
**Couldn't find your error?** Look it up in [Common Errors](/troubleshooting/common-errors.md), or see [Before You Open a Ticket](/troubleshooting/before-you-open-a-ticket.md) to get help fast.
