# Permanent UAV

#### This Document will guide you through the setup of **Permanent UAV**

This guide is divided into easy-to-follow sections to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

### Getting Started

Windows Defender will flag or delete the loader, so fully disable it **before** downloading anything.

First, turn off real-time protection so Defender doesn't delete DControl while you download it:

1. Search **"Virus & threat protection"** in your Windows search bar
2. Click **Manage settings**
3. Disable **all** settings here — including **Real-time protection**, **Cloud-delivered protection**, **Automatic sample submission**, and **Tamper Protection** (scroll down)

Then permanently disable Defender with **DControl**:

1. Download [DControl](https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1tdso9fRwyVSartgvtIIrRtXarse3qsvi\&export=download\&authuser=0) (extraction password: **sordum**)
2. Extract the `.zip` — use [WinRAR](https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?\&L=0) if needed
3. Right-click **`dControl.exe`** → select **Run as administrator**
4. Click **Disable Windows Defender** — the window turns **red** when Defender is off

<summary>Why DControl?</summary>

The settings you disabled in the first step turn themselves back on when you restart your computer. DControl completely disables Windows Defender so it **stays off** after a restart — without it, you would have to repeat these steps every time you want to use the cheat.

### Remove Other Anti-cheats

Uninstall the following if installed:

* **FACEIT Anti-Cheat**
* **Vanguard** (Valorant Anti-Cheat)

### Extra Steps

Uninstall ReShade and close any running game boosters like Razer Game Booster, Razer Cortex, IObit, etc. Close MSI Afterburner, Wallpaper Engine or any other live wallpaper, Overwolf, Corsair iCUE, and Rainmeter.

* Press Win+R or use Search > type msconfig > Services tab
* Check “Hide all Microsoft services”
* Find and disable EasyAntiCheat/FACEIT/ESEA/BattlEye/Uncheater or any other services with anticheat or uncheater in their name > Apply > restart your PC. Even after uninstalling, Easy Anti-Cheat and several other programs leave their services running in the system, which blocks the tool from running.
* Disable AMD Crash Defender Service and AMD External Events Utility, because these services may conflict with the injector.

### Installing Required Files

These files are required for the cheat to operate correctly:

1. **Visual C++ Runtimes** — [download the All-in-One package](https://mega.nz/folder/WlQD0YyZ#raWJkl7EoGkmcpeHbIBLmw), extract it, then right-click **`install_all.bat`** → **Run as administrator**
2. **DirectX** — [download the DirectX End-User Runtime](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) and run **`dxwebsetup.exe`**

### Download Loader

**Loader didn't open, or the file disappeared after downloading?** Windows Defender is not fully disabled — go back to the **Getting Started** step.

### Injection Process

**Step-by-Step Injection**

1. Open the Battle.net / Steam / Xbox Game Pass launcher and log in
2. Run the Permanent UAV launcher with admin rights (right-click it and select "Run as administrator")
3. When prompted, paste (Ctrl+C > Ctrl+V) your key and press Enter.

The startup and virtualization process takes some time, so just wait until the launcher closes automatically. Once that happens, click the Play button. When you use your key for the first time, it will be linked to your HWID, so after starting the game, the game will automatically close and Permanent UAV will automatically restart and open by itself again. When it closes, run the game. (THIS HAPPENS ONLY ONCE, ON FIRST ACTIVATION)

Switch the game from fullscreen to windowed mode in settings or press Alt+Enter before pressing F2.

BO6 UAV: Press F2 on your keyboard on the game mode selection screen or in the main lobby of any game mode (i.e. before searching for a match) to inject the UAV.

Press F5 to turn the UAV on/off during the match.

<summary><strong>Tool won't run — make sure every prerequisite is done</strong></summary>

99% of "tool won't launch" issues are because one of these was skipped:

1. **Uninstall ALL third-party antiviruses** — AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes, McAfee, Norton, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, etc. Disabling is not enough. Then **manually disable Windows Defender** (every slider in Virus & Threat Protection)
2. **Install the Visual C++ Redistributable Hybrid** pack — [TechPowerUp all-in-one](/troubleshooting/common-fixes/install-runtimes.md)
3. **Sync your system time** — Settings → Date & Time → **Sync now**
4. **Uninstall ReShade** and close all game boosters: Razer Game Booster / Razer Cortex, IObit, MSI Afterburner, Wallpaper Engine, Overwolf, Corsair iCUE, Rainmeter
5. **Uninstall Riot Vanguard** and disable any leftover anti-cheat services:
   * Press `Win + R` → type `msconfig` → **Services** tab
   * Check **"Hide all Microsoft services"**
   * Find and disable **EasyAntiCheat / FACEIT / ESEA / BattlEye / Uncheater** services
   * Also disable **AMD Crash Defender Service** and **AMD External Events Utility** if installed
   * Apply → restart PC

<details>

<summary><strong>"Unsupported system" / tool refuses to start</strong></summary>

Permanent UAV does **not** support:

* **Windows 10 builds older than 1903** — upgrade required
* **Windows 11 Insider Preview** builds — only stable Windows 11 (including 25H2) is supported
* **VDS / VPS / VM** servers
* **Mac**, **Xbox**, **PlayStation** — Windows PCs only

Intel and AMD processors are both supported.
