# Nocturnal
#### This Document will guide you through the setup of **Nocturnal Apex Legends**

This guide is divided into easy-to-follow sections to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

### Getting Started
Windows Defender will flag or delete the loader, so fully disable it **before** downloading anything.
First, turn off real-time protection so Defender doesn't delete DControl while you download it:
1. Search **"Virus & threat protection"** in your Windows search bar
2. Click **Manage settings**
3. Disable **all** settings here — including **Real-time protection**, **Cloud-delivered protection**, **Automatic sample submission**, and **Tamper Protection** (scroll down)
Then permanently disable Defender with **DControl**:
1. Download [DControl](https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1tdso9fRwyVSartgvtIIrRtXarse3qsvi\&export=download\&authuser=0) (extraction password: **sordum**)
2. Extract the `.zip` — use [WinRAR](https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?\&L=0) if needed
3. Right-click **`dControl.exe`** → select **Run as administrator**
4. Click **Disable Windows Defender** — the window turns **red** when Defender is off

Why DControl?
The settings you disabled in the first step turn themselves back on when you restart your computer. DControl completely disables Windows Defender so it **stays off** after a restart — without it, you would have to repeat these steps every time you want to use the cheat.

### Remove Other Anti-cheats
Uninstall the following if installed:
* **FACEIT Anti-Cheat**
* **Vanguard** (Valorant Anti-Cheat)

### Installing Required Files
These files are required for the cheat to operate correctly:
1. **Visual C++ Runtimes** — [download the All-in-One package](https://mega.nz/folder/WlQD0YyZ#raWJkl7EoGkmcpeHbIBLmw), extract it, then right-click **`install_all.bat`** → **Run as administrator**
2. **DirectX** — [download the DirectX End-User Runtime](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) and run **`dxwebsetup.exe`**

### Download Loader

* **Register a new account** or log in to an existing one
* Redeem your **license key**
* Download the loader

### Injection Process
**Step-by-Step Injection**
1. Download and open the **Nocturnal Launcher**
2. **Register a new account** or log in to an existing one
> This account is the one you registered with on the loader website
3. Redeem your **license key**
4. Run the loader as **Administrator**
5. Log in using the account you created
6. Once it shows **Successfully Injected**, unplug the USB flash drive
7. Open your game
8. Use INS on your keyboard to open and close the menu

**To reduce the risk of your account and HWID being banned**, it is highly recommended to use a HWID spoofer.

## Having Troubles?
Connection error when opening loader

Menu not showing up
Make sure all overlays are disabled and the Discord overlay is enabled.
Bad Request Error when logging in
Sync your system time.

How to Sync Windows Time
Right-click the clock on your taskbar.
Select "Adjust date and time". Click the "Sync now" button.
Done!
*If this fails, run Command Prompt as Admin and type: w32tm /resync*
ESP Freezing ingame unless tabbing out?
Make sure the game window mode is set to borderless.
Failed to initilaize loader. Error code 0xC0E90002
Download the file here:
Run it as Administrator. Once done, restart your PC.
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)
Please disable Hyper-V on your PC. Run CMD as admin with this command:
```
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
```
On Windows 11 Pro, you also need to disable Hyper-V in Windows Features.

Note: If that did not work, please contact support with the following:
* Follow these steps to set up Memory Dump settings and help report BSODs if you encounter them:
* **Enable Full Kernel Memory Dump**:
* **Access Control Panel**: Go to `System and Security > System`.
* **Advanced System Settings**: Click on `Advanced system settings`, then go to the `Advanced` tab.
* **Startup and Recovery Settings**: Click on `Settings` in the `Startup and Recovery` section.
* **Select Memory Dump Type**: Ensure `Kernel memory dump` is selected under `Writing Debugging Information`.
* **Restart Your PC**: Save changes and restart your computer to apply these settings.
* **Crash Dump Collection**:
* When a BSOD occurs, allow your system to complete the memory dump process to 100% and auto-restart.
* **Locate and Prepare the Dump File**:
* Find the `MEMORY.DMP` file, usually located at `C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP`.
* **Optional**: Compress the file to reduce its size for easier uploading. You may also have to move the file temporarily to the desktop to avoid permission errors.
* **Upload and Report**:
* Upload the compressed dump file to \[Google Drive] or \[MegaNZ]\( or ).
